To combat our sedentary lifestyles I encourage my clients to incorporate as much movement as possible into everyday. An easy way to do this that adds zero time to the day is to do 5 repetitions of an exercise every time you take a bathroom break. Seriously, no one every interrupts you in there (well rarely) and it only adds 6 seconds to the trip. This video was shot and sent to a client to encourage basic bathroom push ups. Of course she didn’t realize it was a video and thought, “How odd, Mary sent me a picture of herself in the bathroom”. Uh. No. Click on it and low and behold it’s a video. Again, not originally shot for public viewing but enjoy and do your push ups! You have 6 seconds!
